Not mine they are taking forever with no updates I have called them and no one knows why they are not updateing it (this makes me so worried)

In that case, they've sent your replacement. No idea which continent you're on, but in the UK they used UPS to ship between here and the Netherlands and it was trackable via the number the UPS man filled in when he took the original away. I could follow mine on their website. Not that it said much tbh, took a couple of days.
