Please tell me how to enable disk mode. I have my iPod connected to my comp but it doesn't recgonize it because disk mode is not enabled.

Gotta do it in iTunes. Is iTunes not seeing the iPod either?

Try reinstalling the iTunes software or using the same USB/Firewire port that you used to install the iPod. Works for me.
