Help, applied for service repair

I sent in a repair application to apple.com to have my mini repaired. When I sent in the app. it did not ask for my address and I feel as though the site may have had a glitch. Or maybe they dont need it seeing as they have it on file already. Anyone know. Second, I sent this app. in on thurs, so counting today it has been 4 business days and no package, and no email from apple.
When I check the repair status it says nothing found. When I try and submit another app. it says one has already been filed. I tried calling the service # but it is all automated and I need to explain my situation.
How long should it be before I recieve my UPS package, I'm in cali so it should only be 1 day i think.

Did you get a confirmation that a service request was received. The phone # 1-800-APl-CARE and you can speak with someone.

I had to call it in but I received a new ipod 4 days later!. excellent service
