Please choose the appropriate forum for this topic. Thank you. I have friend in the US who would like to buy me a birthday present and lucky guy that I am they would like buy me a ipod 20gb.
Im planning to go visit them in the US as well and will most likley recieve my present whilst im there and bring it back with me. I understand that the US ipods are not volume limited and also will obviously come with a different plug. Are there any other issues that I will come across when using it back here in England? The following issues concern me: 1. Will the change in current/power source matter over here. Will I need to buy some kind of transformer? 2. Will the apple warranty cover me here in the uk? Thanks in advance for any advice you can give me. Bertz |

Hello and welcome - yes you are covered with warranty which is global and honoured by apple no matter where bought or sold.
For your charger/plug adapter queries please see this link on our FAQs http://www.ipodlounge.com/faqs_more....=1594_0_10_0_C |
