Advice to adding second iPod for use on one computer needed.

So, I received a 4g 20gig for my birthday, but I quickly realized that, with my music collection, I could probably use a 40gig. So, my new 40gig is sitting in my wife's office right now waiting to come home.

So, when I hook it up, is there anything that I should know about setting up the new iPod? Do I need to reinstall the iPod drivers, assuming I have the latest? Does it matter that this is a 40gig and my other is a 20gig?

My wife plans to use the 20gig for a while to see if she wants it or wants to get a Shuffle. I've read through the strategies of uploading music for multiple iPods, so that should be no problem (crosses fingers).

Thanks for the advice!
