The system requirements for iTunes is Mac OS X v10.1.5 or later (you're ok there).
With the iPod connected to your computer, open iTunes. Does your iPod show on the left side? If yes, then right-click on you iPod and select "iPod Options". Be sure that "Automatically update all songs and playlists" is checked. |
