Ok i just got my new Ipod Mini yesterday and i tried to upload songs but when i turn it on all i see is this Folder with an Exclamation Point inside of a triangle and it shuts off. this is really ####ing me off i paid $250 for something and its not working. please resond

Welcome. Connect the iPod to the updater and click the 'restore' button. The iPod needs to be restored to factory settings (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=61003)
