iPod Disk Use...Help me!

When I go to put it for disk use, its says something like - "Enable-ing disk use requires you to manually disconnect your iPod after each connection" or something like that. What does that mean?

It means that you'll have to manually eject your iPod everytime you use it. Everytime you plug IN your iPod, you'll have to eject it yourself BEFORE disconnecting it from your computer.

Eject it yourself? Like press the eject button in iTunes before you unplug it from your computer?

You can fry the Hard Drive. If the hard drive is spinning and writing data, you could corrupt the drive and possible destroy it. Be sure to eject!!
