My ipod will freeze in the middle of certain songs when i'm playing them....and after several attempts or pressing buttongs, i might have to reboot it by holding down menu and play, or it'll skip to the next song and i realized it was the same songs over and over again, so then i erased everything and reformatted my ipod, in hopes that it will correct the problem. However it still does the same thing with the same songs, and its beginning to annoy me..
I bought my ipod from Future Shop, and i even got the 2 year warranty...i've probably had my ipod for about 6 months, and i want to bring it in..does anyone know the specifics of the warranty, like what it covers, if they'll "fix" it...or they'll look at it, or if they'll replace it.. any help would be appreciated Thank you |

If it does this with the same songs, there is probably some corruption in the song file. (Sometimes files will be slightly corrupted and they will play perfectly fine on your computer, but will cause problems on your iPod.) Where did you get the songs from? Were they ripped from CD? If so, try re-ripping them and see if that solves the problem. Good luck! dordale
