Apologies if this has been asked before, I could'nt find anything with the search function.
I was wondering when I use my 30gb Ipod through the power outlet when fully charged, does it run off of the battery or run off the AC? I only ask because I had a nomad 3 (crap btw) and it could run off the ac with or without batteries. Many Thanks, Nick. |

It's actually difficult to say. I'd assume it runs off the AC when connected to it, but I don't know anyone who has removed the battery to find out for certain. I do know that leaving it plugged in doesn't deplete the battery, damage the iPod, or shorten the battery "memory".
