IPOD 4th Generation Locking Up - Jogging

So I currently own the 40 gig 4th generation ipod. I've had the 2nd generation 20 gig and the 3rd generation 30 gig and both would occassionally lock up while I jogged, usually when I forwarded songs too quickly (I know there is some issue with 40 sec memory buffer). This was slightly annoying, however cure-able, as i was able to reset the ipod on the fly and after a minute resume my jog........but with this new 40 gig ipod, I've had the same issues, although now I am unable to reset on the fly, the only option is to runn back home and plug it in to the power adapter and then do a reset.....

does anyone have a similar problem and any solution? this is quite annoying...

thanks!
