I was exploring the ipod lounge site today and noticed that there were downloads for ipods. I was interested in the weather for me program. However, I'm skeptical about putting it on my pod. Has anybody used it? Or is it just a plain bad idea to put it on. Thanx.

Welcome. What you can do, if you haven't, is read the 'comment' section under the dl for the software. People post their experiences there and well as here.

I use it.
And although I apparently stink at figuring this stuff out (I can't seem to get the iPod Agent program to work)....it works just fine, and was easy to set up. It puts the 10-day forecast for whatever zipcode you tell it to in the "notes" part of the iPod....and it does it in like 3 seconds, too. |
