Grrr! Calendar!!!

WTH?! I am starting to get annoyed now. This Calendar seems to be a huge waste of space and the wonderful user manual apple was so kind to provide tells me absolutley nothing about how to operate my CALENDAR!!! Does anyone know how? How do I set my iPod to Diskuse and what is a good program to access the Calendar?!

It just uses iCal. That's what it syncs to.

Use Outlook to set your Calender and Contacts.

Note: That's Outlook not Outlook Express!

You can download a program called mozilla Sunbird to create and edit ICS files. after you have created them you can view them on your iPod

just a hint:

if you use sunbird: it wont put the calendar name into the file.
open the calendar file with notepad
on the second line (Above "Version:2.0") type in the following :
X-WR-CALNAME:[i]your calendar name[i]

that will let the iPod show the calendar file

also, if u have palm desktop or can find it for free download, you can select an entry, say file, then "export vCard", and save it in the appropriate folder on your ipod. Also, if you're using outlook, make sure you find a way to save it as a vCard file, or else it wont work
