Clicking when Mini is off?!?

I am not really bothered by this because when I turn off my green mini, I put it on hold.

But, today I just turned it off and didnt put it on hold.

I put my finger on the wheel and started circulating it, I could hear the actual clicks, when you hear from the mini when it is on.

Is this normal? Does this mean that the screen has just turned off, and not the actual power?

Someone just posted on this a day or so ago. Give the iPod like 10 seconds after turning it off, then see if the clicking sound is still there.
