AppleCare service site errors.

Hi,
I've been trying for days to submit this form with my address to AppleCare so that they can send me a box to ship my iPod out in, but every time I go to submit it, I get an error that reads "Error - Multiple County Exist for Zip Code. Please fill in with one of BERKELEY, JEFFERSON. in Delivery address. Please press continue. " This is extremely frustrating. I've tried filling in the county in the delivery address and it will NOT accept anything I try. I've even tried having it sent to relatives and places of work, but all of them have the same problem that I can't fix. Surely someone else has seen this ... How did you get past this?

P.S. I even tried calling AppleCare and they said I had to do it online ... This is so ... ARGH!

Annoying isn't it? I had that too, but different counties were listed. I called the 1-800-275-2273 number (US) and the person I talked to did it for me. Just try call again and hopefully get another person to talk to.
