Hmmm, I don't believe it's possible. Have you considered using one of the eXo cases that cover the buttons and wheel? They reduce the button sensitivity a bit.

Subject of your problem:exo2 button problem Replied by xskn on 2004/5/16 11:15:36 PM Our Reply: There is no problem to exchange. The first thing I would do is to reset the iPod buttons sensitivity levels. Once you do this and you continue to have the same problem. If you do not know how to do this you can find this information on the Apple.com site |

acording to a friend i have working at apple california... there is no way to change the button sensitivity because there is no software that monitors the sensitivity of the buttons. the sensors behind the buttons are preprogramed to trigger with a preset pressure.
