Hello, just wondering if anyone knows of a good case that you don't have to take off to get into the dock.

Yup, either the Speck iPod Skin:

Both are "skin" type cases with a flap at the bottom that you can pull back to allow the iPod to connect to the iPod dock.

Or if you want a hard case, there's the Speck Flipstand, which comes with it's own dock (no line out though)
