Looking at the MK2431GAH Toshiba 240 gb drive. Have several sites w conflicting compatibility reports for A1136 ipod. Has anyone done this mod with success to this ipod? some reports that the drive is not recognized and that a reboot and then an Itunes restore is required to both recognize it and also to have it recognize 240 gb instead of 120.
Also wondering about the failure reports with this drive, bearing and grease problems? |
