Hi all, I am having a nightmare with my ipod, firstly I payed a visit to my local apple store and even the apple 'genius' wasn't able to help! Basically the ipod wont connect to the computer when plugged in, the drivers were deleted and re-installed when the ipod was re-plugged in, but nothing else happened. The computer wont shut down when the ipod is plugged in and itunes wont startup whne plugged in. The ipod worked fine in the Apple mac in the store and also connects fine to my sisters windows 7 laptop and to my old windows vista. The guy in the apple shop plugged in his iphone and it connected fine...what!!!!
He believes something is blocking the ipod but cant see what. PLEASE HELP!!!! cheers Sam |
