itunes stops working

i keep getting this message saying

itunes has stopped working

a problem has caused the programm to stop working correctly
and windows will close the programme and notify you if a solution is available.

but no solution has been notifyed to me and is still happening any ideas ?????

That's the kind of cooment that will get people lining up to help you. Try uninstalling all Apple software including QuckTime then re-install iTunes.

More details needed. Does your iTunes crash upon iDevice connect? Does it crash always when starting up? Does it crash at random times?

If it crashes upon device connect, this could be a problem with your Apple Mobile Device service for example. In all cases, a fresh iTunes reinstall would be your best bet at fixing the problem:

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7
