The Alarm function works fine on my (Windows 3G) iPod. Oddly, however, when it plays a playlist, it does so in the alphabetical order of the artist, rather than the order of the actual playlist itself.
Does anybody have any idea why this might be and how I can fix it. It's not a huge problem by any stretch, but I wouldn't mind fixing it. |

Hmm. It should play the list in whatever order you have it set in iTunes. Are you sure its not sorted by Artist? Also, do you have shuffle on the iPod turned on?

No, I've checked all that. Shuffle's off and the playlist is functioning normally otherwise. Like I say, it's not a big problem, so I'm not unduly worried about it. Slightly more narked by how poor the battery life sems to be on my new 3G iPod compared to the my old 20GB one.

I'm having the same problem but it does not happen always, just from time to time and I can't seem to put my finger on it when.
Does anyone know what causes this? |
