So ermmm... recently sold my IPOD on eBay.
Got this message back. "There seems to be a porn file that I can not get off of it. When it is plugged into the computer it shows it in the Itunes window but not on the ipod. when I try to remove it or play it it says that it can not communicate or play the file. any idea how to get it off? I was going to give this to my daughter but dont want her to see that. LOL" Who wants to help me figure this out so I can respond? |

Connect the iPod to iTunes; when it appears in the Source column (left side of window), click on the iPod icon to select it. The main display now shows iPod settings; click the Restore button (needs internet connection) -- the iPod will be wiped clean and software restored to factory-fresh condition.
