Album Art won't change

A CD I put on my Ipod but it has the wrong album art; it's from a completely different band. I copied the correct art and pasted it but when I go back to the album, the art has gone back to the old cover. Any ideas how to remedy this?
Thanks for any help!

Go to get info for each song and select the artwork tab and manually delete the wrong artwork from each song.

If the artwork shows up properly in iTunes but not on the iPod you will need to rebuild the iPod's artwork cache. Select the iPod in iTunes then select the Music tab on the right. Remove the check from "Display album artwork on your iPod" then click the Apply button. Once the sync has completed re-check the option and apply again. This will rebuild the data bases on the iPod that directs the artwork to the proper songs.
