The first time I connected the new 80 gb classic to the computer, i got the message that my ipod can't be recognize and that I need to restore it to its factory settings, which I did, but whenever i connect it again to the computer, the same message pops up. Has this every happened to anyone? This has not happened with my 5th gen ipod that I tried connecting but only with the classic. For some reason itunes won't recognize it but will recognize the 5th gen. By the way this is my second 80 gb classic, the first I returned it because it was having the very same problem, which i thought was a database issue, and so i thought that getting a replacement would solve it , but it hasn't
by the way I'm using the latest itunes.
