Hi Guys,
Done a search on this forum and found some usefull information. Im after a durable, hard wearing case that will protect my 80GB classic. Ive read some reviews and it appears the Otterbox Armour case is possibly the best out there. Some people say there are problems with the defender series when you try and remove the ipod. Can this be confirmed? Ive also come across a waterproof case by H2O Audio. Although it doesn't specifically say its a hard wearing case, has anyone got any experience with it? Basically im looking for the most durable, shock resistant case for my Ipod, regardless of cost and image! The 3 on the list are the Otterbox Armour, Otterbox Defender and H2O Audio Waterproof case. http://h2oaudio.com/waterproof.php Any help would be much appreciated Adam |

I have a Belkin Leather Sleeve and it works perfectly fine.
It has a plastic cover thingy over the screen but not the clickwheel. I found it perfectly fine and if I do happen to drop it, I doubt the iPod will break or get damaged. I've found it pretty good, actually. It's the best case I saw on the shelves at quite a reasonable price (about $23USD I'd say) It's similar to this ![]() That's the iPod 5G version. The classic version looks slimmer. Also there's the leather sleeve another Belkin leather sleeve like this which retails for the same price ![]() Hope that helps

5billion,
Thanks for the reply. I don't think that case will stand up to the abuse im used to giving Ipods unfortunately. I need one that will ideally protect it while im snowboarding, so need something a little more hardwearing. Anyone had any experiences with the H2O Audio one? |
