My daughter and I both have iPods - hers is a 30 GB video and mine a 60 GB video.
In the past week, we both have had malfuntions and I need some advice. On hers, it won't turn on unless turned into the charger. Once it is plugged in, it will boot up, flash the screen bright one and then shut down. If you leave it plugged in, it will continue to do this until you unplug it. On mine, I was using it last nigh and I paused the player and put it in jacket pocket. Usually, it I don't go back to it, it shuts itself off after a few minutes. About a half hour later, I took it out and it was still paused. The screen is not back lit but I can see what was on and how far along I am and the pause button. Nothing I do will change the screen. I can't turn it on or off and I can't get it to light up or come off the pause. That was about 20 hours ago and nothing has changed including the battery status which is just about full. Can someone help...PLEASE! |
