Question Please HELP!

My iPod froze so I reset it, but now whenever I connect to iTunes it says "Corrup File: Please Check Utility Disc".

It sounds like there's some file-system corruption on your iPod. If you've got all of your music in iTunes already and are using auto-sync, then the simplest solution is to just "Restore" your iPod. This will reformat it, erasing everything on it, but you can then reload it "clean" from iTunes.

If you don't have a backup of your music that is easily accessible, then you might want to try some of the solutions listed in the Corrupt File/CHKDSK thread.

Connect your iPod to iTunes, and then hit the "Restore" button in the iPod "Summary" tab (in iTunes).

Note that this will erase everything on your iPod, so ensure that you have a backup of your music and other media somewhere else so you can later reload it.
