Im having trouble accessing my ipod, I think I made a mistake in trying to import music from a PC and now I can't access any of my files without "Restoring ipod to factory settings" which I have done repeatedly..only I had trying to update the ipod without restoring it.which to my knowledge erases all the data I already have on the ipod.
Any thoughts ? |

Restore will erase the iPod contents and set it back to factory settings and reset will not erase the iPod contents. Try resetting the iPod.
