my 60gb video ipod froze from my alpine deck

my alpine deck said erroe so i took my ipod out and its froze

i cant get the alpine word off my ipod...i hold menu and play and it does nothing?what can i do??helppp i need this thing for work or i will go crazy

you hold menu and select... you could wait until the battery dies then just restore it. i dont anything about the dock though, sorry.
