ive gt a 4th generation ipod that keeps givin me the unhappy face
 ive tryed formatin it but it freezes my pc, so i try on ma dads mac and it wnt do it either. i even bought a new harddrive for it and it still doesnt work if anyone knows anytin on this then please let me know cheers in advanced
