(I have a 30GB video iPod)
you know how when you play a song, you can switch the bar on the bottom to rate it or skip through the song? Well, mine is stuck on the rating option. it wont let me rate it or go back to the normal bar. I've tried "resetting all settings" and I also shut it off and turned it back on. no luck. I didn't see any other posts about this, but hopefully someone can help me out. thanks! |

Welcome. Try connecting it to an outlet and reset it and see if it helps. Then try letting the battery discharge and then recharge it. If nothing else helps then the only thing that is let is to restore the iPod which will erase the contents so make sure you songs are on the computer before you do so.
