in several forums i've seen references to the fact that bti is coming out with a new holster for the 5g ipod.
can people please place those updates in this thread. additionally, where did you find that information b/c i haven't been able to find anything online. also, if you know whether or not a new battery is coming out or just a new holster, please put that info here as well. i wrote to bti with these questions but they have yet to respond. yrstruly.

i just called up bti!
they said the new holsters will be available at the end of next week. they will fit on the bti ii and you can buy the holster directly from them from their web site. they are not coming out with an entirely new battery for the 5g ipod. yrstruly.

ohh i see. how much more battery life does this thing give us?? im interested in buying one when im at home watching vids on my ipody.

if you're interested, i'm selling my old one. i have the first generation which gives over 70 additional hours of playing time.
the one i'm selling doesn't have a holster for the new 5g ipod but it still works just great. look in the classifieds forum or private message me for more info - if you're interested. yrstruly.

the holster for the video ipod is out! it isn't on sale yet (they said the end of next week) but you can see it online if you go to www.batterytech.com and click on ipod accessories.
