Can't see my Video Option in iTunes

Hello,

I have my 5G 60GB white iPod with iTunes 6.0.1.3 version. My question is:

in iTunes I don't have the option to Video updates, I see it but I can't click on any of the options. I followed THIS TUTORIAL but nothing, I see the options but I can't click on anything.

Here is a picture of what it should look like with the options TURN ON, again I see all these options but I can't select any of them. Help please!
