Best color for 4G Contour Showcase

So.. Which showcase color do you prefer with the regular white ipod with a black and white screen? Do you like the white x white or white x black?

I have the black, which I like because it sort of hides (from a distance) that it is an iPod. I think the white one screams iPod.

So, it depends what you are looking for.

I prefer the black because it gives a bit of contrast and it doesn't get dirty very easily.

The white is nice too, because it is possible to dye it different colors for more variety.

i chose black because of two reasons:

A) it doesn't get scuffed up and dirty looking like the white (a friend of mine has the white and his shows dirt very easily) and

B) it looks so darn classy. like a case James Bond would use. the iPod just looks dead sexy in the black showcase

I like my black case for the same reasons everyone else already said:
- Doesn't get as dirty as quickly.
- As atom_young said, keeps me a bit safer by hiding the "expensive mp3 player! mug me!" factor.

well.... i would have gotten black but i gotten white cause it looked better and it was the lastone that amazon had and sold for 22 bucks. the black i had to buy from some other weird company i didn;t trust... anyways i just wanted to ask now whats the case edges made out of and why do they get scuffed so easily?

I chose white because my one isn't dirty (yet) and it just blends in with the white ipod design so much better.

I have the white one, because I think it looks nicer with the iPod (the black would be a bit too contrast-y for me). But the white one can get dirty and I heard, over time, can turn a bit tinted yellow. However, if you keep it clean and use a cleaner that can remove dirt/discoloration, it should be ok.
