hi i just got my ipod and when i am transferring my music to my ipod in itunes i often get the message, attempting to copy to disk "ipod" failed. an unknown error occurred (-36). some of the song have copyed but some haven't it is Annoying .
any help would be much appreciated. |

it was actually my USB connection. Right at the bottom of the link you gave me it said check connection is snug and do not wiggle. So the connection was lose so i plugged the ipod into the back and everything ran fine. In fact the downloads tripled their speed and not a single error message. so the USB connection on the front of my computer must be stuffed.
