I Hope this isn't a dumb question

Hello all it has been a while since I've posted on the forums, had forgot my username and password, i always have been the one who uses multiple online personas. I own a iPhone SE, i was wondering if I change the iphone's wallpaper will i be able to get back the animated stars? I wanted to change my lock screen wallpaper and i did that and cannot get it back, and really its something i like not too much of a deal but my girlfriend and i have the same exact phone and shes wondering about that too, she knows how much i love socially communication with people, she gets lazy at times lol it's okay i still love her :P. I've added the image via attachments, is there away i we could download the wallpaper and live wallpaper again so we can have it as a backup because we both tend to get bored with wallpapers and search our phone for a stock phone images which was pre-installed don the phone.

The default "Stills" and "Live" wallpapers folders should still have that one, I believe. There are some stock wallpapers from older iOS versions that have disappeared, but if you search around online there are third-party sites that have posted them online, so you could download them to your photos library and just use them from there.

In my case, I keep a photo album in my Photos app called "Wallpapers" where I throw any images that I might want to use or rotate through as wallpapers, which makes them much easier to find when I want to change things up a bit.

I found that you can download a Paralax version of the wallpaper from http://wallpaperpulse.com/img/1092483.jpg

This version gives you that 3D effect if your reduce motion is disabled.

Since you are on an iPhone SE, it supports live photos. But from what I am seeing the iPhone SE does not support Live Backgrounds (animation of the background photos) due to lack of 3D Touch Support.

Are you seeing animation on this background (shooting stars or something)? Or just a Perspective effect?

If the photo is one of the built in ones (Settings->Wallpapers->Choose a New Wallpaper->Dynamic) then you can always get it back. I doubt you have Settings->Wallpapers->Choose a New Wallpaper->Live but if you do and it is there, you can get the animated version back.

Have you backed up your iTunes Library this week? If not, you are risking losing your music and playlists....
