Hi, glad to be back...When a new person texts me, I go to "add new contact" click done but then the contact isn't added to my phone. The number also usually switches to reflect the new contact instead of just the number on the text.
I've added the numbers numerous times with no luck. Ideas? |

Reboot, or Restore (assuming you have a backup of the iPhone)

You can use outlook express to back up contacts and messages.
I have done this but it was not the easiest thing to do. You need to go to info in your iphone settings in itunes, select where you want to back it up to in outlook or yahoo, winddows or google, then sync your phone and job done. |
