Look through iTunes U, there are a few courses available there.

You also need Apple's SDK, which costs money, and a Mac to develop on. The courses in iTunes U lay it out pretty specifically. There is a "...For Dummies" book on iPhone development out there, you can buy it for around $10 used. There are also a bunch of free YouTube videos that are pretty helpful. If none of that is enough, you probably shouldn't be trying to develop iPhone apps.

Instead of spending money in courses you should try the appmakr.com to develop iphone apps. In this, you can create application without knowing the codes.
