I was reorganising the app icons and they were wiggling and I was holding an icon to move it and all of a sudden it disappeared. I can find and use the app when I search the phone, I just can't find the icon. I've checked the restricted list but it's not there, and it's not in any of the little boxes that hold apps.
Any ideas how I can get hidden icons back? Thank you

Try syncing your iPhone with your computer again, or simply restart it by pressing and holding the top right button until you see the option to "slide to power off."
