How to Change my Apple ID after iOS update

When I updated my 4s to the new iOS, it's saved my Apple ID to a previous username. When I check under Settings > iTunes & App Stores, it has the correct Apple ID (current one)

Where else can I go that will allow me to eliminate my old Apple ID?

Where are you seeing the old Apple ID?

If I search my phone, I can find the old ID under iCloud, which I currently don't have enabled. However the issue is that it keeps prompting me while I am using the phone, to enter my password with the old ID as the username

I would log into iCloud with your new account. If you use 5 GB or less, there is no cost.

How? When I go into settings>iCloud the username is locked down and will not allow me to edit

Looks like you have to use your computer: iCloud: View or change your iCloud account information
