I need to replace the screen on my wife's iPhone 4. I have seen the how to videos and have found some suppliers, but I have heard of horror stories of the inferior aftermarket screens with washed out colors.
Does anybody know of a good supplier that's cheap. I know that a local repair shop where I live claims to get them from china for around $30, but I'm sure that's a multiple bulk price. The screens however, look and function just like the originals. Any ideas where to buy guys? |

When my iPhone 4 screen cracked I took it to the Apple Store and they replaced it with a new iPhone for $179 Aus, then I claimed back $79 on the insurance. Two months later the speakers stopped working, took it back again. It had 3 months warranty and they replaced it with another new one with another 3 months warranty!
I wouldn't trust any repair to fix it properly. You may have more problems later! |
