Help!

I have a 2004 vw beetle and I want to know how to hook my iPhone up to it? I have the car's original radio in it.

You can use a variety of solutions.

1. Wireless RF Modulators (e.x.: iTrip) the easiest way is to tune to a station that your iPod is transmitting on. Not great sound but passable. Big cities may have radio stations that interfere. Bumper to bumper traffic may get interference from similar devices.
2. Wired RF Modulators (e.x.: USA iSpec) which sound a lot better, and can sometimes charge and control the iPod. There are cheaper models (e.x.: iSimple) that use the headphone jack too.
3. If you can get to the back of the radio and find if there are RCA (red and white) inputs for the CD Changer, you can get a cable (e.x.: Radio Shack) to connect it.

You don't have to use any of the examples I provided. There are lots of solutions at various prices. These were the first I found.

The stock radio has AM/FM capability so the modulators would work. The third option may not work for you.

Since you have a tape player, you can use a tape adapter (e.x.: RCA Adapter) which are a bit noisy, but they work.

It looks like you have 3 choices.
