Download straight to iPhone from Internet

I'm trying to help a friend who has Windows XP and, since I don't know my way around her computer, I figured I'd try here first. Can she download mp3's directly from the internet to her iPhone, bypassing the computer? She wants to do it that way cuz she's afraid of "messing up" her computer.

The only way of downloading music directly to an iPhone is via the iTunes app on the phone itself.

You can't directly download content to a non-jailbroken iPhone from the internet.

If the iPhone is jailbroken, all rules go out the window, but you may or may not violate the End User Agreement...YMMV

There are a few apps that can do this actually. But there is no way to then get the files into iTunes on your phone, you'd have to use the third party app to listen.
