Without jailbreak we can change absolutely the look of our iPhones

Hello friends, I have seen in a video that can change anything in our iDevices without jailbreak.
I've browsed the entire contents of my iPhone connecting it to your pc from a friend who had linux. I do not know if you can change the programs and settings, but you can change the icons and other image file in the applications we have purchased or downloaded from iTunes legally, and with the same iTunes, only accessing the application (usually stored in C: \ Users \ (your username) \ Music \ iTunes \ iTunes Music \ Mobile Applications \) The open with winrar, change what you want (I think only the image files) and synchronized. Another way to change many things is by iBackupBot, without having to do jail breaking; do backup, change what we want in the backup and re-put everything inside the iPhone. Well, I do not know if he did so the video, but it is a good example of all that we can change. Regards
The video in question is named in youtube " Change all system without jailbreak "

I watched the first minute or so of this... it looked to be the regular put icons together into folders.

Do you know if there is a way, without jail breaking, of removing the time from the status bar and lock screen?

A small amount of electrical tape...works every time.

If it works for MacGyver...it works for me.

jason, one more note about your crack that I forgot to mention. My iPhone does, indeed, have a small strip of black electrical tape right across it! I brought over the habit from my IPT days. What's a nuisance, though, is that the lock screen always shows the time-- and that any rotation will, too. So, with my handy MacGyver trick (double tap home button and swipe to reveal rotation lock), I keep it in portrait most of the time.

Just wish that Apple would provide a "skinning" app or settings for us--or permit 3rd parties to do so. I'd love to see a Z Launcher type interface with configurable color side tabs!

It’s sound odd that we can change iPhone Look without jailbreak. I am happy to know this trick.
