[Q] How to create Apple iCloud account? Not working for me..?

I just got an iPhone 4 for T-Mobile.. I tried to create an iCloud account.. it takes me up to where I can create security question and password.. I press Next button and it goes back to the home screen instead of completing the sign up process.

I've already tried it 4 times and same thing happens over and over..

What can I do to create a me dot com account?

Open iTunes and Go to Apple “App Store” choose any application it will ask you for Apple id and also give option to create new.

Did you already activate iCloud on your IOS device using that same apple ID?

To create an iCloud account you need an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with iOS 5, or a Mac with OS X Lion v10.7.
