World's thinnest case??

Hi there,
I'm interested in buying the desmay slight case (white color)for my iPhone 4S, they claim that it's the thinnest iPhone case. I want to know if anyone got his hands on one of these cases, how does it feel like? Is it a good protection for the iPhone? Any photos?
Thank you.

Never heard of it, but I know LifeProof just came out with a new case and it's pretty dang thin.

I use the Ozaki iCoat 0.4 slim case

It's 0.4mm thick and feels like paper when taking it off...it's THAT thin.

It has good coverage and does it's job well. Looks good too.

My only gripe is that it has a tendency to warp/stretch under high heat conditions - i.e. if you use your iPhone for graphic-intensive gaming - the processor gets quite hot and this is dissipated through the glass back...I have had two iCoats that have developed a significant bulge where the heat is at it's most intense.

I think the white one would look good, but it wasn"t released when I bought mine.

I guess for 0.4mm it does a good job?

Necro bumping aside, I think it is rather pointless to look for such a thin case. Once cases get that thin, they stop being protective cases and instead serve the same purpose as a skin or clear protector. They definitely won't help with drops but will stop everyday scratches from appearing. To me, a case is something that protects every aspect of a device including drops. A cover that is 0.4mm thin definitely isn't going to help with drops and I don't think such "cases" are worth the money especially when other companies, such as Otterbox, are charging $40 for cases that actually protect against everyday use along with drops.

To be honest, the case does what I want it to do..that is to say, it makes the iPhone less susceptible to scratches and doesn't alter the shape or add bulk...BUT...it's no use in a drop and its definitely not there to prevent breakage in the case of a good bump.

Does sound like a good case for what it offers.

I would buy it if you like a thin profile, all you need is protection from scratches or minor drops.Keep in mind that a thin case will incure damage after you drop it.Cheers!
