I'm having to replace our hard drive and PC. I have pictures on my iPhone that are not in the camera roll folder. I also have ring tones in the m4r format on the iPhone. I have been manually syncing. When I get the computer back aputs pol the iPhone back up is there a way to back up all of this and other data from the iPhone to the computer without iTunes wiping out the iPhone when I hook it up?

Probably through some purchased software.
Try checking out this link which has suggestions to what software you could try:Copying Content from your iPod to your Computer - The Definitive Guide | iLounge Article
