Up til couple days ago I could click on the microphone icon on the keyboard, then speak and the spoken words would be typed for me into an email, text message, note or whatever application. No longer. Any ideas?

Just to clarify, this is for the 4S. Probably a server issue (dictation isn't processed only by the phone). Seems to happen periodically judging by the chatter on the Apple forum.
