Avoid the "speak auto-text" option unless you really need it

When you've enabled the "speak auto-text" option under Accessibility, and switch it off, it does not turn off for all apps- Mail ans Safari in particular, but there could be others. It's very annoying typing an email and hearing the voice-over corrections. I was able to get rid of it by using "Erase All Settings", but I had to reconfigure all my settings.
