Put video on iPhone without iTunes

I'm going to be traveling for a couple weeks soon and I want to avoid bringing my laptop with me. I'd like to be able to just carry a small USB hard drive with a bunch of video for my iPhone on it, then use a computer in an Internet cafe (or other public computer) to upload new video to my iPhone. I expect that I'll go through more video than I can hold at once on my iPhone. I won't be able to sync with my standard iTunes library while I'm traveling. Does anyone know of a program or solution that would allow me to put new video on my iPhone without iTunes?

You can consider installing a free app called "Discover" (you can look it up from App Store). It allows you to use wifi to transfer files between a computer and iphone.
